I have a just built and running in eclipse Red5 0.9rc1 on Galileo. But when I install your Red5Plugin I do not see the ‘Web” or “Web Server” categories so of course I am stuck.
@Roger, yes it does require the JEE distribution of Eclipse. I just updated the instructions to provide pre-requisite software: http://wiki.red5.org/wiki/Red5Plugin
@mutiara, if your tv tuner produces sound and it has a driver for your OS, then the sound should stream fine. There must have been a program that came with your tv tuner. Please make sure that it produces sound in that third party software first. Also… make sure you have your sound on

Many thanks for all of this work.

FYI – The easy solution to this is to start from the Eclipse JEE all-i-one and not the standard Java all-in-one.
