Red5Plugin Beta 1 Release, Feature Video #1: Flex Unit Generation

Flex Unit is a really great unit testing framework built specifically for Flex. It follows the same architecture as any other xUnit testing framework. One problem I found was that I had to setup Flex Unit with every new project that I created. Of course this can be done manually, but I tend to agree that it’s one too many steps involved with adding testing support to your Flex applications. So, I added Flex Unit generation to the Red5Plugin. Now, you can have Flex Unit setup right along side your Flex project in just a few simple clicks:

* notes – although I plan on adding test support for your individual classes, this feature is not in beta 1. Beta 1 only has initial Flex Unit application generation.
